LGBT Inclusion Strategy
Source have been Dublin City Council's lead design partner for the past three years. During that time we have been engaged with all of the Council's departments across a wide variety of projects, communicating with a very diverse range of stakeholders.
Diversity is one of the Council’s core principles as it recognises that diversity in the workplace provides an important opportunity to develop the best outcomes for the Council, its employees and its service users. In accordance with this principle Dublin City Council is committed to ensuring our workplace is inclusive of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) employees. This action focused Council strategy designed by Source clearly sets out the actions to ensure inclusion for LGBT employees at all levels of the organisation.
